Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others.
Intellectual property
The text, design, icons and artwork on this site and in our apps belong to BMKS unless credited otherwise. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Purchases
All in-app purchases are sold by Apple through the App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Refund requests go to Apple, not to us; we cannot issue refunds directly. Apple's refund page: support.apple.com/HT204084.
No warranty
This site and our apps are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information in them is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BMKS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
